Toyota of Tampa Bay Tops State in Customer Satisfaction
Toyota of Tampa Bay, a part of the Morgan Auto Group, was named the number one Toyota Dealership in Customer Satisfaction for the entire state of Florida for 2011.* It was also the second consecutive year that Toyota of Tampa Bay achieved the number one ranking in customer satisfaction for the Tampa Metro Area^.
"I am extremely proud of our team," said Toyota of Tampa Bay General Manager John Gliem. "But our real thanks go to our great customers. It was their positive feedback that allowed Toyota of Tampa Bay to claim the award for the entire state, as well as win our second consecutive award for the Tampa Metro area. We view this not only as a honor, but also as a challenge to provide our customers with an even more satisfying experience in 2012."
Toyota of Tampa Bay ranked number one in Customer Satisfaction in service for the state of Florida in 2011 per VSS. Throughout the past year, Toyota surveys customers about their experience at individual dealerships, compiling an SPSI (Service Parts Satisfaction Index) for each dealer. For two years running, 2010 and 2011, Toyota of Tampa Bay has accumulated an SPSI that ranked highest in the Tampa Metro Area.
